that was LONG time ago..BEFORE Uzushiogakure was wiped out...n if der were so close wer were the senju's when this was happening? (they probabli did it themselves..they didn have a issue wiping out the uchiha's)...the last real uzumaki was kushina, n naruto onli got the uzumaki name as a defult, its actual meant to be naruto namikaze.

Apart Tsunade, i don't think so.

Uzumakis may have been in a way part of the Senju clan in someway but they were said to be "distant relatives" of the Senju clan, so I don't think an lineage can thus be established. The bloodline is very weak just like Uchihas are to Senjus.
In a way, even Uchiha can be said to be cousin clans, since both clans originated from 2 brothers (SO6P's 2 sons)

Yeah, if Tsunade gets a child, then her child will be a direct inheritor of the Senjus.
