As we know there are eye evolutions with Uchiha when experiencing tramatic events, such as loss of a loved one.
This might be a long shot, but I'll put it on the table anyway, but what if Senjus also undergo some sort of evolution, not of their eyes but of their bodies?
Hashirama is a senju and has brothers, yet ONLY Hashirama will eventually have great cells in his body?
Was he born with this great cells? Yes
Were other Senju born with those great cells? Yes
But only Hashiramas cells are on a different level than lets say his brother Tobirama.
What makes Hashirama stand out from the other Senjus?
Orochimaru is even using Hashis DNA to have full control over Tobirama, and Tobirama cannot do a thing about it, despite Tobirama being a senju himself.
So is it possible how Uchihas experience evolution of eyes, that Senjus can experience an evolution in their cells and body, thus setting apart Hashirama from the rest of his clan?
This is not to say that this is an actual physical change on a senjus body, but at the very least a boost in power change.
So I leave the question, was Hashirama already on a different scale than his fellow Senju clan from his birth cells, thus having a unique Kekkei? Or did his cells undergo evolution to reach that godly power?
