Right now the Uzumaki are in hiding and it's unknown what happened to the senju. If both clans were brought into mix is it something you would be excited for and if they came back as antagonists would that interest you.

But back to the thread we've seen how kishi are with villain names, Tobi is spelled Obito if you start spelling first with the O and make a complete lap back to the O in the word Tobi. I could be wrong but Tsunade had a brother I think, named Nawaki. Wouldn't be surprised if Kawaki was from the senju clan seeking some sort of vengeance for whatever reason.

very possible, the Byakugou Seal (which is Uzumaki Finjutsu) is directly linked to Katsuyu who is directly linked to the Shikkotsu Forest which is a legendary place and one of the three unexplored sage regions.

I'm pretty sure its stated that only the village of whirlpool was whipped out with help of multiple villages for fear of their powers. That's why Nagato and his family was hiding in village in hidden in the rain. With the senju the author never stated what happened to them so if he wants he could reintroduce them. It's possible a fraction of the senju broke off due to the treaty with uchihas.

Karin and her mom were refugees who were living in the Village Hidden in the Grass cause of their healing power but her mom dies cause she was drained completely of chakra.

It wasn't in the manga it was a filler episode when she was trapped in the Infinite Tsukuyomi and they were showing her dream it gave that little backstory for her.
