So, I'm looking for a new sempai as my old one (Zoro..) doesn't have the time to fulfill his duties anymore, which is a shame but nonetheless puts me on the look out.
First of all, know that I'm extremely picky about these kind of things. It's an important job, and none to be taken lightly. A sempai is not only someone who must teach others everything they know about the RP, but also needs to have a lot of patience and needs to stay friendly throughout the process. I will not accept anyone who I know tends to foul mouth others constantly, nor someone who I personally find incapable of handling those situations. Also, don't bother applying if you joined the RP in the last few months. It's not personal, but I know first hand that it just doesn't work well enough.
