Chakra: Chakra is the moulding of both the physical and spiritual energy that is present in ones body. It can be then transported through the chakra network and used through one of the chakra points located on the body, this allows us to perform ninja techniques.

Elemental Chakra: Elemental chakra follows the same basic principles as normal chakra but it involves changing the balance between the spiritual and physical energies, either using more spiritual or physical energy in the one technique. This allows us to use elemental techniques, there are 5 basic types they are fire,earth,wind,water and lightning. They all have elemental strengths and weaknesses in relation to other natures.

Shinobi: Are Ninja's that can manipulate chakra to perform ninja techniques. The three basic forms of these are Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu.

Ninjutsu: Ninjutsu usually involves the moulding of chakra using handseals to use a technique that could attack or defend from their opponent. Their exists many ninjutsu techniques, especially in the categories of the basic 5 elements. Higher level ninjutsu can be broken down into two catagories, shape manipulation and nature manipulation. But ninjutsu also can be used to heal which resulted in medical shinobi.

Genjutsu: Genjutsu means illusionary techniques and its involves the user manipulating the chakra flowing through their opponents brain through one of their 5 senses. Normally the user will create an illusion which presents a false surrounding to their opponent which will be to their advantage. Misleading them or causing them to make a costly decision.

Taijutsu: Is the basic martial arts of the ninja world and it involves various punches and kicks, making use of certain stances and poses. Taijutsu uses just the physical abilities of the person and it doesn't require the moulding of chakra.

Water: Suiton involves the manipulation of bodies of water. The water can come from a pre-existing water source or can be created from your own chakra, commonly spat out from the mouth. Tobirama Senju was a renown suiton user and could materialize water for his techniques. it is weak to earth as earth could just absorb the water and strong against fire as they will cancel each other out creating steam. Suiton is a very versatile nature transformation and involves some techniques that can change an entire battlefield. Water release techniques can involve changing the viscosity of the water to make it stick to your opponent, suiton commonly causes damage from the sudden impact of a body of water eg. Water bullet

Katon: Fire release involves the use of superheated chakra that is blown out of the mouth. It is an almost exclusively offensive element often using massive fireballs to attack the opponent. Fire release is weak to suiton as it can smother the flames, and it is strong against wind as wind just feeds the flames making it bigger. People from Konoha and specifically the Uchiha's are renown fire style users being very proficient in its use. Amaterasu is said to be the highest form of the fire release nature transformation.

Raiton: Lightning style is utilized through the user making their chakra vibrate at a high frequency. It is often used to pierce the opponent but can also be used as a cause of paralysis. Most often used as an attacking element. Lightning release is strong against earth as it can just move through the earth and break it up while it is weak to wind as it is intangible and a natural insulator. Kumogakure shinobi commonly have the lightning affinity. Eg A, Bee and Lightning release is used in A's Nintaijutsu to increase the speed of the electrical signals through his synapses giving him more physical speed.

Doton: Earth release allows the user to both create and manipulate earth to both attack and defend, making this a very versatile(and my favourite xd) element. The user can use the rock, dirt or mud to physically change the surrounding landscape which results in some of the biggest techniques in the narutoverse. Earth is weak to lightning as it just breaks it apart and strong against water as the water just gets absorbed. Ninja's from Iwakagure commonly have the earth affinity and earth is the basis of the blast release. Earth techniques can also be used to change the density and weight of objects.

Futon: Commonly known as wind style, is utilised by making your chakra as sharp and thin as possible. Wind techniques are mostly used to cut and slice the opponent as well as using gusts of wind to move yourself or push your opponent. A mostly offensive element, wind chakra can also be channeled into weapons to increase their cutting power. Wind is said to be one of the rarest of the 5 affinities and is strong against lightning as it is a natural insulator and weak against fire as it just fuels the flames.

My choice for the last one will be....Explosion release, you know cause your Mr.Deidara and everything xd

Explosion release: Is a kekkei genkai with two currently known users and forms. Gari simply punches an opponent and then causes an explosion from the point of impact. Deidara uses his explosive nature chakra which he moulds into the explosive clay to create his explosive clay techniques. Which he commonly forms into homing missiles shaped like birds. Explosion release has only manifested in Iwakagure and Ninjas who posses it are put into the Explosion Corps. While it is unknown what element/s are in the explosion release, Deidara's Explosive clay was based on earth style which left it vulnerable to lightning style, as it could deactivate the bombs.

Hm alright then. We're going to find out what affinity you are for this training session!

Now lets begin.

Take this piece of paper, and put a hand on either side of it. Focus your doton chakra through your arms, and into the paper. Once you have focused enough chakra, the paper should begin to crumble and fall away, similar to dirt. Now try it for yourself.

Rather than thinking mentally about the properties in order to change your chakra signature, use nature manipulation. This involves altering your chakra's qualities, to those of the specified element. So when you release fire from your mouth, you are essentially using nature manipulation on your basic, normal chakra in order to super-heat it. Try this concept on the paper now. ^^

Any questions or concerns? I realize since this is basically your first training, if you have difficulty with number 2 and 3. However, I shall help you, and include things if you happen to forget. Remember, redo-ing a technique is never bad, if you learn more than you did before.

Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Descripton: Creates small pillars of earth, small tools, and small shields of earth

Focus your earth chakra into the ground, and raise two small pillars of earth by condensing the soil in the earth. Raise them up from the ground in front of you to defend yourself against my kunai. Position them so the kunai embed themselves into the pillars, leaving you unharmed behind the pillar.

*First i begin by concentrating my earth chakra and pushing it down through my feet and into the ground.To a spot roughly 1m infront of me, positioned between me and the kunai. I then proceed to build up the earth chakra at that point, then splitting it into two smaller points so i can create two pillars. I then focus the earth chakra in both these points upwards, creating two pillars of earth infront of me which narrowly protect me from the kunai.*

Alright now for the adv and dis-adv:
Advantages:Can be used to block kunai and similiar projectiles
Can be used to push me out of the way of an attack
Can be used to create melee weapons

Dis-advantages: Doesn't go to long range
Only does a small amount of damage so it won't hurt the opponent much

@Dis: Aim the pillar to strike a joint such as the elbow, or front knee of the opponent, and they'll be hurting.

Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: This technique allows the user to take a small chunk of rock and turn it into the shape of a staff. The user can then use it as a melee weapon or throw it with pinpoint accuracy at their opponent. A variation of this technique allows the user to create several staffs and launch them at the target, but with less accuracy.

Pick up a small piece of rock from the ground, and use shape manipulation on it to extend the length of the rock into a rather long staff. Then, hurl the staff at my clone like a spear, piercing through his head.

I begin to build the chakra up and when i feel i have a sufficient amount i use shape manipulation to focus it outwards on two opposite points of the rock. Simultaneously lengthening it and making it skinnier, until i feel it has a good staff shape and length. I ever add a point on the top end for better penetration. I then pull my arm back and with the pointy end facing your clone i launch it through the air and impale the clone in the head, making him poof away.*

Advantages-Can be used both for melee and as a projectile
Doesn't deliver that much melee damage unless you target specific points.

Disadvantages-If you create and throw multiple canes you lose accuracy

Ill only reply a couple more times tonight because its getting pretty late and the quality of my answers will start to slip. U_U

Description: After performing the Rat hand seal, the user to control multiple sections of rock and move them around their opponent. The user then forms two gigantic sections that crush the opponent.

Perform the Rat hand seal, and then raise multiple sections of rock around my clone. As you are raising them, combine them into two large sections at the last second, which crush my clone inbetween them.
