Appearance: Seira has pale skin and silver hair, which people have concluded to be natural, as it looks too real to be dyed or to be a wig. She has scarlet eyes. She has been noted for her beauty by many different people, including other nobles. She wears her uniform with some additional 'elegant' embellishments, and always looks neat and tidy. While representing nobles, she always dons an elegant black attire with emblems symbolizing nobles.
Before being a clan leader, she wore a black and white, high-neck gown with golden embellishments.
Personality: Seira is quiet and straightforward, and speaks only when she deems necessary. She is a fast learner and after a few lessons, becomes solely responsible for making the meals in Hyuga's house, with the one exception being ramen, a dish which Frankenstein is the sole undertaker. Seira does not shy away from responsibility, and has undertaken the role of Kirigakure's representative when interacting with the Kage Summits. Seira is difficult to agitate. When insulted or looked down upon by her opponents (for her age or her ***), she is completely indifferent. She loses her composure on certain occasions. She is also a big fan of praise, blushing when Frankenstein and Rozaria compliments her.

Background Information
History: Seria J Loyard aka Seira Hyuga is a young lady who was born into the prestigious clan of Konohagakure known as the Hyuga Clan. She is the only child born to her parents and has trained from a very young age in order to potentially lead the clan one day. She was pampered and treated well but she didn’t like this life style all too well, considering she would have to continue like this for some time. She graduated from the age of eight as a genin and slowly rose through the ranks of the Hyuga. She was noted to be offered many proposals as a child but ignored them as she had one thing set in mind and that was to become leader of the clan.
She eventually by the age of nineteen became the 23rd clan head and but moved towards the village hidden in the mist, though this was simply to keep peace among them. She travels between both homes for clan meetings and affairs quite often and still rules the clan with an iron fist. - "Silence is the greatest tool."

Seria’s natural affinity is towards the Water Release Element. She has trained ever since she was a small lady in the arts of water. Only trained by the best of the best, she was capable of controlling it towards the point of only needing a single hand seal in order to utilize the element. She is proficient enough to identify techniques of the water element due to the common reoccurrence of the basic seals for it.
Her secondary affinity lies in her more favored art being Genjutsu. Her ability to utilize it is vastly known and feared among many across the world and is considered more dangerous than her Water Affinity. She is capable of using the element with faster hand seals but at speeds one can consider godlike, appearing as a blur and seemingly only appearing as one seal. She has a high sense of awareness towards her basic five senses, and can tell easily when they are being manipulated thus allowing her to identify illusions much more easier but still has to break them normally just as anyone else. She also wears an ancient ring on her left ring finger known as Yin Goddess, a testiment of her Genjutsu affinity.

Seira is a highly well-known hand to hand combat expert, excelling in many different forms of martial arts and weapon styles. She began training with her clan’s signature Gentle Fist and eventually into the villages Strong Fist Taijutsu. She is capable of using techniques along the lines of Leaf Dragon God as proof of her potency. Her main weapon of choice is a basic scythe in which she carries with her and uses her signature style “Reaper Scythe Arts”. Proof of her mastery is her being able to wield two at the same time without any form of hindrance in her fighting though she prefers to use only one all the time. She gained the the title "Death God" due to this.
Summons
Seira is a signer of the Caracal Contract in which she has a summoning tattoo located on her right wrist in order to summon them into combat much quicker. They are her personal summons and prefers to summon them while in combat. She also has a contract with Hydras in which she simply summons as normal using her left hand.
Tools
Seira has several tools in her ninja pouch including scrolls, kunai, shuriken ninja wire etc. She doesn’t have normal explosive tags as she has replaced all of them with Heavy Artillery Explosive Tags which she gained from her friend Keotsu. She also has special scrolls marked in order to summon forth extra weapons such as scythes , swords etc when needed.

Description: Yin Goddess is an ancient tool formed many years prior to the current world; in a small continent outside the shinobi world. This continent is exists in its own plain as has highly European themed life styles. This tool which comes in the shape of a small ring, was forged by witch named Medea during her times being alive. She was an immigrant of this nation, as she was actually a shinobi who came from the Ōtsutsuki Clan. This ring was her personal weapon which benefited her style of fighting and favorite art; Genjutsu. At first glance the ring has a simple purple stone with black and gold design but when its worn by someone with an affinity of illusions, the ring can be of great power towards them. It has several abilities mentioned below:
Lacie’s Song – This ability is a passive ability that is achieved with chakra control. As the ring and user are in constant contact with each other, the ring acts in response to the user’s chakra. When foreign chakra enters the body of the user, the ring is able to pick up on this due to constantly monitoring the chakra flow of its user. This will then active a small mechanism inside of the ring, this being a miniature music box. The music box plays in response to the foreign chakra and plays a simple tune known as Lacie’s Song. This unique system thus allows its user to recognize when there chakra flow is infected with foreign chakra(Genjutsu, Yamanaka Clan Techniques etc) but even with this, they still need to break the technique logically as any other person has to.
Serenade of Medea – This ability is an active one, which uses the chakra that is embedded into the ring. The user will channel his/her chakra into the ring while casting the hand seals of a genjutu technique. Using the ring’s own chakra and the user’s own at once amplifies the chakra reach and thus allows the user to cast an illusion up to mid Range away. This can be done up to four times per battle, each one costing a move but done in the same timeframe as the genjutsu technique. After each use, the ring requires a small cool down of two turns before using Serenade again. This ability has a passive effect as well, by simply only using half the chakra needed for an illusion and using the ring to fuel the other half, reduces the cost of genjutsu by ½ but despite being passive it can only be used twice per turn. Passive effect can’t be used in the same turn as the active effect.
