I had both growing up (up until the late 90's) i found myself playing sega more because of Sonic 2 and Streets of Rage 2.

SNES tho...had a multitude of classic video games/ series' that STILL exist to this day and SNES could run NES games too
(i think????) but.....
"the SNES objectively won that console war...but personally i love sega genesis more"



-PS...Sega had Mortal Kombat(s) with BLOOD in it....SNES is a "Kids toys" that DID NOT ALLOW BLOOD IN MORTAL KOMBAT GAMES
(which makes the game that changed gaming for its excessive gore,blood & violence pretty much not worth playing..IMO)
thats like playing sonic with no golden rings or chaos emeralds or boss battles. thats like playing streets of rage with no special attack moves. thats like playing street fighter with out special moves. thats like playing soccer with no keeping score or an actual ball (Google that for a mind blower)

I liked both but the SNES had way more epic titles that are still good today. Sega not so much.

"Segaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" lel. I played Street Fighter, and Sonic. ONLY lol but Nitendo did have ALOT more games i enjoyed but i just grew up with Sega
