He will most likely come back to fight madara, get killed and kakashi will kamui him to the other dimension for his final resting place. kakashi wont be able to use kamui anymore as hes almost blind.

My theory is that Spiral Zetsu will face Obito and take his eye, then give it to Madara.

It would make sense since we know nothing about Spiral Zetsu, and the whole relationship between Spiral Zetsu, Obito, and the Tobi identity have never been revealed. So it would be a good chance to show flashbacks or whatever.
