Remember how Sasuke said that two top notch shinobi can read each other's hearts when their fists clash. This could be the same, except that Naruto's feelings are so powerful that they overwhelmed Obito's mind with Naruto's dream but himself as Naruto.

i meant the reason why he's seeing himself as the hokage is because to 2 swords meet, he started to feel Naruto's emotions.
