Seeking advice about generations

I'm going to town tomorrow to buy a game Generations is at the top of my list.
But before I buy I wanted a little more info and where else better to go than here. First you need to know what I will use it for, I don't have online so my options are only single player and versus with my sisters. So first question in your opinion is the single player and versus good enough to buy the game? Second are there more characters than in storm 2? Third what do you think of it personally? Fourth rank it on a scale from 1-10. Thank you very much for taking time to read this if you did.

It's definitely not worth it if you don't have access to the online capabilities. The story mode is shit, and after you beat it you will lose 80% of your interest in the game.

1. The game has a terrible single player, the versus is okay. But you will just lose interest in 5-15 matches

2. The character selection is nothing special; they just copy and pasted NS1+NS2 and about 10 more characters... =/

3. The story mode is bad, the versus is okay when playing with friends, the online is okay but there are too many spammers, lag, ragequiters on Xbox...

4. Story Mode: 6/10, Versus: 5/10, Online: 7/10

1. Yes it's worth it, 'cause even when there is nobody around and you are having a bad day...you can turn on your console to know that beating a few computer bots with 100% health can ease your stress.
2. In short, yes. There is a multitude of characters from both 1st and 2nd gen Naruto. Plus they evened out the character power levels giving every character a possibility of winning in a fight.
3. I think the game is pretty good. Unfortunately, the story mode is less impressive and in depth than Storm 1 and 2. Basically you can finish story mode in less than half a day, and just have collections to buy.
4. If 10 is the highest rating, I would give it a 6. Though not very in depth in the story mode, they make it very impressive with the roster and how well the characters mimic the story. Sadly they took out some small things from Storm 2 and added others that aren't as pleasant, but they also added a few things that make it better. Though you can get bored of it after maybe an hour or so, you will probably still want to play again within a few days or a week. That is, if you are a true Naruto fan. ?
