Secrets of the Mangekyo Sharingan - Help me understand - Special abilities?

So basically i have a few questions regarding the abilities of the MS and how it works.
Firstly i understand how the MS makes you blind if you haven't claimed the eyes of your brother and received EMS.
BUT

what i don't understand is:

Different MS seem to have different abilities,

Shisui's - control ability
Kakashi's - Kamui
etc

On top of that - if you have both MS eyes then you can use Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu correct?
With both of these techniques the ability of Susano'o is released. (seen in Sasuke, Itachi, and Edo-Madara.)

Have we seen Sasuke and Itachi using a "special" or "unique" jutsu that only applies to their eyes like Kakashi's or Shisui?
Would Shisui/Kakashi (if kakashi had the chakra/was an Uchiha) be able to use Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susano'o?

And then there's the whole "Izanagi" and "Izanami" abilities
- Izanagi needs Senju and Uchiha DNA - ie the creation of all things like the SO6P
- Izanami - yet to be determined
Anyone got any clues/ideas?

Amaterasu is unique only to Itachi and Sasuke, that is their special ability. You need two MS to use Susano'o. And you must unlock both your left and right sharingan ability to unlock Susano'o, it doesn't have to be Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu, that's only for Itachi and Sasuke

Only Itachi and sasuke have tsukiyomi and Amaterasu I believe it's because their brother's so they have similar ability's in that aspect. I think they worked in pairs like this.

Susano is rare even amongst Uchihas. Amaterasu is Sasukes and Itachi's trademark.

 

[Combat]

You need Amaterasu and tsukuyomi to have Susano'o. Yes some ppl with Ms have different abilities like Shisui KA.

It does not say anywhere that the susanoo requires amaterasu and tsukuyomi. All MS users can get any sharingan ability. However it might be by luck as to which ones you unlock. These abilities are not special for each user. Uchihas in the past have also used them so it could be that each technique is passed by lineage or just random. Althoug Being passed in lineage makes sense that itachi and sasuke have the same abilities.

susanno is unlocked by mastering the ms abilities of both eyes, those abilities vary from user to user
