My theory is that the scroll Suigetsu found is a secret power that only benefits an Uchiha.

Orochimaru failed to get an Uchiha because they were all killed by Itachi (with Tobi's assistance).

Oro tried to get Itachi body but was overpowered by him.

You must be registered for see images

So His only chance of getting an Uchiha was to target Sasuke. So Orchimaru gave sasuke more power and later on trained him to perfection so later on he could steal his body.

So what I'm saying is during the massacre Oro probably did experiments to some of the dead Uchihas.

Now you are probably thinking how could Oro get his hands on dead Uchiha bodies. Well Oro was the one who transplanted the ten sharingans into Danzo's arm, and on the Latest new manga chapters you can see Danzo accompanied with Orochimaru. So while transplanting the 10 sharingans into Danzo's arm, Oro did other thing with the uchiha bodies, Whci Led to him creating the scroll.

So if Oro had obtained Sasuke's Body then that scroll he created would of gave secret power that Only an Uchiha could Use.

Reason why I believe that is because Suigetsu clearly stated that it would benefit Sasuke and change the tides of the War.

2. info on how to get rinnegan
3.info on edo tensei
4. a hax jutsu for sasuke
5.info on uciha clan powers etc.

most likely one of these.
