This is a very strange power; similar to the sages power. Somehow the sage figured out how to extract his chakra from his own body and like, reach out and touch people with it to give them advice and power. He even has memories and has pretty much viewed everything that's ever happened since then. That's a pretty crazy technique, and would be good support if he could have an omnipotent chakra clone around while he's alive.

but I think the twin brothers power is even better. They can live again and again inside other people by storing their chakra in them. It's unclear whether they choose people with similar ideals or if they influence people from inside. Either way, what kind of technique is this and how did they even do it?
