since konkuro has sasari's puppet body under his control can he in turn control the puppet into summoning 100 puppets???

No. They were all destroyed. He only has Sasori as a puppet, none of his puppets.

I don't think Kankuro has the scroll to summon the puppets....
Oh and HiddenSound is right, I forgot Sakura and Chiyo destroyed the puppets

It would probably be way too hard to control a puppet controlling 100 more puppets. Kankuro is not that skilled. Plus, Kankuro might have had that part taken out or replaced or something, as he did with other parts of Sasori.

Sasori didn't need hands to control those puppets (which were obliterated by Chiyo and Sakura), so technically, what Kankuro has is just the husk of what remained of Sasori.
