Secret Clan Techniques

Why does only Konoha have clans and their very own special techniques??
I haven't seen any other village having clans with their own techniques (not Kekkei Genkai)

yea dude the Uzamaki clan wasnt from the leaf village and they have lots of there own sealing jutsus, so they formed an alliance and the clan moved to the leaf village. but they all died from the nine tails

But they weren't secret were they.
Kushina taught them to minato.
and Minato taught 1 to Hiruzen

Because Konoha's a big melting pot. Hashi/Madara were so powerful that clans linked up with them and formed truces and sided with them. Hashi did have like 5 tailed beast at one point. Cant beat em, join em.

Not everyone in the family are puppet masters, and there are puppet masters who are not related.
So its not a clan

i agree that have shown 1-2 clans but That was just filler arcs.

They are basically the same if you think about it. KG's are bloodline techs, but so are secret tech if they are within a clan (Clans are all kin). KG's are more along the lines of fusing two different elements, but who knows.

But no one other than the clan can use their techs.
On the other hand The same elemental KG have been done by people who didn't know each other.
Kekkei Genkai can be done by anyone if they have the Affinities to particular elements

True. The meanings should be switched if you ask me. KG's should be the secret techs (Shikamaru, Ino etc.) and fusing elements should be secret techs seeing as people skilled enough can do it (secrets should be learnable).
