Placing my right hand on the back of my neck, I move my head behind to the right. Snapping the bone once, I slide my left leg back and slightly bent the knee of my right one. With my hands positioned below me, I look at the clone and give him a small sign. Although Sensei explained that this technique needs you to run, I decided another path. I was calmly waiting. The clone was come very close in a very fast rate, while I was still looking at his movements. As the moment of action came, my eyes wide for a second, as they glow brightly. Making a very quick step forward, I pass through the area of effect oh his upper limbs. With my hand, in form of a claw grip, I grab the shirt at the region of his chest muscles. I let my body fully go, as I go pushed back slightly. the momentum of the running close was enough of a push either way. As I fall back, in that moment I slowly start placing my back on the ground. Starting from the sacrum, it was the right moment when my legs were fully free to move. Placing both of my feet in my opponents diaphragm area, I continue lying the rest of my back into the ground. The clone was now fully standing on my legs. Pushing my legs back, I give a huge push towards the clone, having him fly towards the location he was running towards. I used that momentum to place both of my hand into the ground, and get up once again after a backwards flip. The clone skit through the air and crashed to whatever was behind me, dispersing during the action.
Alright, I really like this technique a lot, as it can be a perfect counter for almost any kind of attempt when the enemy is running towards you. another insanely well good way to use it is when the enemy and you are in mid air, and the enemy thinks he is above you. You can turn the game around fairly quick in a very nice succession.
Disadvantages to this technique would be that you will need to get a good grip on the enemy. So if that enemy will have an armor which can't be grabbed easily, you won't be able to use it. Another one would be if the enemy has a very well constructed resistance, as you can't have him push. another one is that you will need to have the enemy in motion, if not you can't have him move back.
Waiting for the clone to come on in again, I lower my position, waiting for the clone to get close enough. This as well was a move when best used while waiting for the opponent to attack mindlessly. As it came close enough, with one step forward, I begin acting. I directly lower myself greatly as I fully balance myself on the left leg which was now closer to the clone. Moving my right leg in an arc at a very close distance to the ground, I his the ankles of the clone, pushing the clone fully into the air. Pulling my right leg back and bending it into a knee right before me, my head was low, while the only thing the clone would see would be an entirely white eye.With high enough speed, I step somewhere with my traveling right leg creating a strong enough base. My left leg then detaches from the ground as the main body does a very quick rotation because of the previous kick. the left leg and extends at enormous speed right above me. My upper body moves back facing my right side, and the leg connects to the chest of the clone. The force was so great, I heard bones shatter entirely and the clone flies high into the air, where at the higher point, he dispersed.

Through this technique, you can first and foremost destroy his balance and then have a very powerful kick shatter his bones completely. Another advantages would be that the higher the speed the less predictable it would be, and if the enemy is like that in mid air, he could hardly dodge from the attack.
Disadvantages would be that this technique needs you to get low. so if the enemy would jump on you at this chance, or throw a projectile...the chances of you dodging this is very low. Another one would be the fact that you will need the first kick to connect to use this move fully, so if he jumps, or avoids the kick in any other form..it would be back for you.
