Sasuke faces his opponent, 10 meters away. He had no reason to attack, but he just did. Sasuke disliked the face of Kimimaro, and secretly always wanted to battle him to test his strength against different curse mark wielders. Sasuke preforms a series of several handseal while sending his chakra in the water source to his left. The water is shaped like a large beast and is further manipulated by having it crash onto Kimimaro's side of the bridge. The force of the impact would cause Kimimaro and the beast to slide down towards the waterfall.

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

Through the peripheral of my vision I take note of the water beast, I assume it will attack, even with that in mind I didn't pay it much attention, it is as they say, cut the head of the snake. So I choose to go and approach Sasuke the one who betrayed lord orochimaru. Of course, my approach won't be a pleasant or mediocre one, it would be somewhat extravagant, a bit too much for the likes of the uchiha, but nevertheless, my boredom drove me to push harder.

As the beast is pouncing, attacking, or whatever, I disappear in a burst of speed. This is accomplished through drastically lowering my weight and activating my curse mark of earth. I would dash a linear dash easily avoiding the beast's attack. The linear dash held two purposes, to reach Sasuke faster, and to have a fail safe if the beast were to retaliate with a water attack or just simply attack itself, if it did that, then it's master; Sasuke, would be in harms way as well. Anyways as I reach the young uchiha I don't halt my run, I continue onwards near the uhihas left, my left arm would be extended outwards, my arm would collide with uhiha's chest area, I initially thought of a cloth line, but that was easy to avoid, this however was harder. The damage dealt would be considerable, even with the lack of power due to my lowered weight, my sturdy bones would be enough to compensate. If the attack was successful, the Uchiha would be knocked backwards, of course, I retaliate by grabbing onto the uchiha's coller, exploiting my speed to the fullest, moving a few meters forwards then letting go, thus sending the uchiha flying away. I would have deactivated the weight technique when I grabbed onto the coller. Furthermore depending on the quality of cloth, I may have just ripped the cloth while the Uchiha remained stagnant in his place. If that is the case, I would still move the few meters, then turn around to face the uchiha, avoiding eye-contact just incase, I would be challenging the uchiha to a close quarter fight, hoping that he'll accept. Once again if that were the case; the cloth ripping, I would mock the uchiha by saying. For a spoiled brat of the uchiha the quality of your cloth is quite pathetic, did mommy and daddy die too soon?

Description: Contrary to its counterpart (the Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique), instead of making the target heavier, this technique makes it much lighter, though still using the same principle and mechanics. The user will make direct contact with the given target (through his hands), infusing them with earth chakra and lowering their weight drastically. The technique can lower a targets weight up to 10 times less than it originally had. This allows freer manipulation of the affected objects, which would normally carry considerably more weight and as such, require a greater amount of exertion to move. The technique can be used on the user or other shinobi to increase their speed, but as a consequence of using it this way, it results in the decrease of the physical force of their blows. The same principle applies if used on a physical attack wich will be faster but will carry less momentum and as such, less physical damage. It doesn't change the "strength" of binding techniques (like Sand Release), where the user is manipulating a dynamic element but will decrease the impact damage of techniques that rely on it.
Note: The initial effects last for 2 turns or until countered.

Description:The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. While in this stage the user gains +5 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +10 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is improved as is his speed.

While Sasuke proceeded with manipulating the water source to the shape of a large beast, his opponent suddenly disappears. At first, he thought it was some form of space time ninjutsu but after focusing onto the other side of the bridge, he could see movement. Something, the size of a body was moving at very high speeds. To help him track his opponent, Sasuke stopped manipulating the water and let it fall down into normal water and afterwards, he activated his Sharingan. With his eyes, it was much easier to keep track of his opponent and where he was heading. By the position and angle of his target, it was made apparent that he would be reaching Sasuke to his left, or somewhere near that area.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

Taking note of the speed in which his opponent was moving, Sasuke concluded that he had no time to waste and thus, moved on to his second technique. He stomped his left foot on the ground and he channels a fairly large amount of fire chakra into the bridge. Sasuke materializes that fire chakra into real flames and shapes it into pillars of fire. The first pillar, which is about 3-4 meters in height, would appear in front of you, who would be a meter or two away from Sasuke. The second pillar would appear where you stand, (Assuming that you would stop, and if you don't you'd be fried by the pillar that appears in front of you), and the third pillar would appear 2 meters in front of Sasuke, so you wouldn't be able to move to the side and land a hit on Sasuke. "Don't take the Uchiha's lightly."

Description: The user will knead their fire chakra and release it into the ground by stomping down their leg and then causing three pillars of fire several meters tall spaced out evenly. The Pillars of fire can act as a defensive wall against incoming techniques or targets or used to attack low aerial targets.
