Second raikage abilities revealed!

Here's my guess as to his abilities.

I see his punches not even doing damage to the environment, just MASSIVE AMOUNTS on whatever PERSON he's aiming at. He also just tanks everything with no visible damage being done, and is only moderately fast on a good day.

He's the Raikage because lightning-storms just seem to FORM around him, tapping out a rough beat on the ground or buildings or whatever is a 100 meter distance away.

The storm doesn't DARE get any closer.

With such insane strength, he never got killed in combat, as the only recognized Kage to EVER have ended his reign without dying (except Sarutobi that one time).

Naah, he just up and left one day, searching for a decent fight for once, and never returned. Perhaps he found it.

He's the ONLY Kage badass enough to have bona-fide WAR MEDALS. So there you go. Second Raikage.

I see, just out of curiosity who gave him those medals, i though only people who are superior award medals to people, hence the reason i will speculate and say he's not exactly top 10 material...

Well who would be superior to him? He was the Raikage. Unless he was still a jounin when he got those, and the Shodai Raikage gave those to him.

He was the Raikage, why would he wear medals given by someone equal to him at best? Perhaps they're mementoes of worthy foes (ones that survived 1 punch) or the spectre of the SO6P gave them to him personally...
