Why not just a 2nd layer?
For example: You have all green, then when you get to a certain point they reset but with a different color or glow.

Yeah there actually decent size I'm just being greedy but hell premium members support the site they should give us whatever we demand. what would they be without us anyway?
I'd also like to have different glow colors for my name. That purple glow gets old after a while when everyone else has it too that's why I never use it.

I support this idea, you could use the same banner in both or different ones at the same time

Not everything, but it would be nice to have a few more things, which will happen. They would still be here, but they wouldn't have as much as they would now. There was a point in time were there was no premium.
True but mods and admins wouldn't even have a job to do if nobody used this site in reality we Regular members are the site and they are the people who make better for us. They ideally need to be making it to our liking otherwise they will lose members. Unfortunately this is already happening. To be honest I don't think its to much to ask for members who even bother to spend there hard earned money to support this site for bigger premium Ava's or new glow colors.

Bigger avatars than 150x300? i think the current size of the premium avatars is good enough.
I agree with the glow color usernames.
I personally do not believe an idea like this would work. First, think about the Role-play. People who are present in the RP, and join a village is granted a choice of putting a village banner on top of their avatar. The banner is to help notify, and distinguish who is within the village. So by giving premium members the chance to add a banner over their own avatar kind of devalues the village banner, despite the fact that premium users already have a lot of benefits, especially decorative benefits, in the minds of some RPers who do not want, or get a chance to obtain premium, would look at this as devaluing the one decorative opportunity they get. Making the village banner seem less, and less special to some.
Also, I would venture to say, the admins would be in a bind on how they would even present this banner, due to the RP. People who join these villages are mainly obligated, or tasked to present their banners. So if the admins allow a banner for premium specifically, there would be no way for the Kages, or Admins allow those premium members to place their own banner, in contrast with the village banner, which is essentially an obligation. This makes village users, and village banner wearers, lose the benefits of those premium banners, nullify the benefit entirely. And I seriously doubt the admins will allow a person to stack banners on top of one another, I'm not exactly sure if you can even do that either, but it seems like too much personally, but I guess that goes down to personal taste. It would make the entire area seem crowded.
And if somehow, you can only pick between the two, people who want to RP, and have premium, would be force to make a choice. Either not get the full benefit of what they pay for, or for some Kages that lead these village RP groups, get kicked out of the village, and not experience the full benefit of the RP.

Sensei bar's are underneath the avatar, replacing the premium bar that would usually be there such as what you might have. They simply contain an orange name on top, and hold their village banner most of the time. And if there is a case that a banner is shown for premium, most of the time they request it to be changed, and fixed. For stacking, I personally have not seen it.
