Second Mizukage vs. Minato

I was thinking about this, and apart from the RDS, all of minato's attacks are physical in nature, which is almost useless against pure water. So in my opinion any Hozuki member with the Hydrafication Technique could at the very least tie with Minato. Any thoughts?

I believe the Second Mizukage would win and any other Hozuki could at least tie when sealed by the RDS.

I don't know about that. It was a pretty long and important fight. Most manga readers will probably know him.

I'd go with Minato. We haven't seen a lot from him, but what we do know tells us that he was very intelligent, and adaptable. I am sure he would be able to come up with a way to deal with TrollKage.

well for starters how does minato plan to hurt him? gamabuntas sword and minatos kunais go right through and rasengan wont work if bijuudama couldnt kill suigetsu.
and how can minato stop jouki boi? apparently even muu couldnt
