They can't, And they can fly so its not that hard to avoid the mist, they could even take Kakuzu with them if they please,

Yes, we have seen his punches creating debris. He also knock down a sealed Iron Gate with a single punch

Domu was shown to tank an explosion with 0 damage. Joki boi's explosion is more powerful so the answer would be: Domu should be able tank itEnough time until its game over for Mizukage

if the answer is yes to all 3, then Kakuzu will take this fight.

Kakuzu wins this mid diff. In order for Kakuzu to be affected by the Mizukage's Genjutsu, he needs to be inside that mist and Kakuzu counters that by blowing the mist away with Atsugai.

The clam itself gets destroyed by either Atsugai or Kakuzu breaks it with Domu hardened fists.

Joki Boi can't get past Domu.​

When it comes to the clam, how does kakuzu find It, ill agree that his Doton could break it but how can he find it? He's not a sensory and if he does try looking for it second mizukage could use the "shark darts" (hozuki thing) and nab kakuzu from behind I can't see kakuzu continuously counter it while searching for the clam

Then lets assume he does find and break the clam, if he really does eventually find it and destroys it, he will most likely lose around 2-3 hearts in the progress but then what will he do against joki boy especially if he loses the earth heart to harden himself from the blasts from it though kakuzu is very observeative so I could see him seeing through it if the second mizukage can get away or finish him

It depends how many fatal blows kakuzu gets before he finishes the mizukage off, kakuzu has the capabilities and the intellect to do it, it just depends if he can survive some fatal blows ,if kakuzu wins, I can only see him doing it with one heart left

first of all the, the masks should be able to find the clam themselves (do to them being what they are, a heart and black threats.

and even if that is not the case, then all the masks needs to do is to spam a elemental barrage all over the place then they will at some point locate the clam, and when they do, Kakuzu will break it.
