that combined with his oil clone thing, would solo most Kage level shinobi, what Gaara did to it was so bs.. Lol.

Second Mizukage used like 4 jutsu the whole time, and if he wasn't telling people how to beat him he would have solo'd Gaara.

It was the worst match up; however, remember that he was also manipulating his father's gold sand which Gaara seemingly couldn't form on his own.


Trollkage Nidaime Hozuki Mizukage is without a doubt.... Badass.
