You know why you can't see the Shadows... Is because when I was working in Photoshop I had the Picture zoomed in so much so when I was doing the Shadows It looked big on my screen, but was actually small Picture Wise....
But I didn't know I had to put Shadows for her front hair... Like her Bangs?

shadow isn't that great, no real shading.

line art is definitely better than last time, so is the colouring, a long way to go though.

If you had the Actual PSD you can see I shaded, I had it zoomed in real close so when I made the Shadows and zoomed out the Shadows were so small...

...it wouldn't matter if you zoomed in, it's all just one tone of colour for the face.

the nose looks like two lines on a flat surface there should be shading on the side and in nostrils
but this is epic improvement from your last one +rep and thanks if possible
