How do you think the second's space time ninjutsu worked.im curious to see which one was better his or minato's

I'm guessing just like his edo tensei it wasn't as good as the people who used it after his time

I think it might of worked like A's assistant like a charge up for once maybe, who knows.

We know one thing... His s/t jutsu had something to do with scrolls or seals ,maybe something relating to water
