We all know that Kaguya ate a forbidden fruit and got power
We know that all fruits, including the forbidden ones have seeds. And the primary function of seeds is to reproduce and multiply the parent tree
And seeds perform this function as follows
My theory is that, Kaguya knew she was doing a forbidden act, and so did some damage control if the tree tries to punish her. So, after she ate the fruit, she shat the undigested seed at a secret location sometime during the pre-war era so that humans can put the child tree against its parent
I believe Rikudo fought the parent tree by using this child tree germinated from his mother's feces and defeated it. Now he's going to appear in Naruto's subconscious and tell him the exact location of this child god tree
So now, we have a fight between 2 god trees, and so Naruto is going to become a Greek mythology, thus making Kishimoto a compiler of world religions into a manga series..
