I think Naruto should either have Suiton to match Sasuke, or Doton because it matches his personality of being a "powerhouse" type.

A does fine with what he has, so does Tobirama.

In fact, while not seen in the manga, I would be HIGHLY surprised if Tobirama at least didn't have another element.

Also, we can speculate that Minato HAS an elemental affinity, because he tried to fuse it with Rasengan. We just don't know WHAT it is and, obviously, he failed to make a new Rasengan/elemental technique.

He does have the ability to use doton, you should read more. It may not be a great level of doton but he has used doton.
