I will be using my Fuguki Suikazan biography, here:
Fuguki was unable to sleep that night, he had a series of nightmares about him being caught as a spy and whatnot. He blamed it on the other 7 hours he spent sleeping right before this sleeping session, its been a tiring day so just don't ask. looking around his underwater palace Fuguki discovered that he is completely out of food "I shouldn't have had that feast yesterday" Fuguki thought to himself, but it was a bit too late now that his plan of dining with his clones went to fill him up with food and sleeping most of the day and more importantly, having no food around :\
He took out Samehada and place it on his back, a long with a bag of weapons, a huge folding fan and a scroll that have a his skateboard sealed inside of it. Just after finishing his preparations for another hunting trip, Fuguki found his Military Rations Pill in his pocket, it was very tempting to swallow therefore he did.
The water outside his palace bubble was somewhat cold but refreshing, the streams of water current waved against his cheeks, hair and body, it was a pretty nice feeling. The weather outside was hot full moon night, it didn't take long til you went off dry. four rabbits, two birds he couldn't identify and a small bag of mushrooms, that was all he got out from the hunting so far. "I envy you samehada.." He said to the heavy sword behind him "At least you always get your dinner, lunch and snacks served at all times". Samehada waved its body softly, that's its way of laughing at someone and being sarcastic. It wasn't long til he, or rather they, found themselves on top of a mountain, staring at the dawn sky, watching the night's darkness slowly turn to blue, from AliceBlue to indigo, all of the blue colors appeared and beneath them was that oil-colors-like crimson red string. Staring at the song rising, Fuguki notice some other guy coming from afar, "who could it be?" Fuguki asked Samehada which showed no sign of recognition to that man so. Fuguki got interested in meeting that man, he found it very interesting to see someone else woke up at this time, the time where the sun's and star's ligts meet in the sky. walking fast down the mountain and slower through the plain grassy field. He liked the feeling of the grass reacting to his feet impacts against the ground, as if they will pulling him forward to meet that guy, that blonde, viking like man.
Fuguki stands a few meters away from you, some call that range mid range. he analyze you with a violent stare. "Who are you?" He asked wondering who could it be this person be, a friend or a foe.

- Thor walked down the road while looking into the sky where the sun's and the star's lights met in the sky, he walked through the forest while the wind carried his dark red cape along the ground while his mighty hammer, Mjolnir was hanging down his side. He could feel the cold breeze against his face as leaves broke off the branches and floated through the air in front of him, before he noticed a large figure coming towards him. Thor immediately reacted and began to pick up his pace walking towards this man and when finally standing in front of this man, he analyzed him, noticing the blade on his back as Samehada.
Thor: "It is not very polite to not introduce yourself before asking once name... but I am Thor Odinson.. who might you be?"

Fuguki looked at you impressed, you actually use a hummer as a weapon.. He only knew one person before you who would actually made us of the hummer "Huh, he's a better version of that stupid elf, Jinin" Fuguki thought to himself, that guy kept moving forward toward Fuguki which showed his bravery and that he's not afraid of the unknown. "Interesting" he thought to himself as that man became in the range for samehada to smell the scent of your chakra, Fuguki knew that as it did a small dance behind him. The man looked serious as he pronounced his name, it sounded weird but for someone who's surname is derived from a type of produce.
Fuguki stood sharp as he said: "Hello, Thor, I'm Fuguki Suikazan, one of Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. Samehada likes your scent. What could it be that made you come here at this time?"

- With the hammer hanging down his side and dust dancing around his feet as he looks at Samehada on Fuguki's back before looking straight into the eyes of Fuguki while his hammer begins to light up slighty as chakra flows through it. Thor stands there completely relaxed while his nose twitches as he can smell Fuguki and Samehada, while his eyes keeps going up and down Fuguki's body analysing the large man.
Thor: "What brings me here? hm..... well Samehada, nice to meet you too.... I am here because I heard several stories about this place including you and I wanted to see for myself..."
- As Thor says this, he in one swift movement lets the hammer glide into his hands and letting the long handle slide through his fingers until he holds onto the edge of the hammer which lights up while he is holding it smiling at you with his bright blue-green eyes -

Fuguki looked at that man as he held his vampire like hummer that lights just because the sun started to raise on us. He looked at the man with the expression that literally throws out the feeling of WTFness and said "Ahhh, do we have to fight, really? >.<" He wasn't into fighting anyone and just get himself another meal but samehada bullied him from the back with its dances pushing me to fight you "Okay dude.. you got this.. I hate to do this but samehada got sick of my chakra and I suppose you will be its meal, nothing personal :\"

Fuguki does one handseal, as he uses his chakra inside of your to miss with your head and therefore form an illusion where you see a flower rosing in front of you that paralyze you off moving as it damages your nerves. As the illusion succeed, Fuguki leave no time to waste and places his palms against the ground using his affinity to earth element to limit his need to handseal to just placing his hands on the ground and turn the ground around you to tar that cyclones inward to the point where you stand, imprison you inside it starting with your sides to keep your arms away form forming handseals.

Description: After forming three handseals, the user placed his palm on the ground while sending chakra through the ground and use it to manipulate the ground from under the enemy to turn into sticky tar, raising up in a twister motion and imprison the enemy within it, this tar is very sticky that its really hard to break through, however lightening techniques such as Chidori Nagashi can easily break through it. This technique doesn't damage the enemy however it can make fire techniques very offensive.
~Can only be used twice per battle.
~No A rank or above earth techniques the following turn

- Thor watches you closely, while Fuguki talks to him and Samehada about the meal, and Thor just stands calmly in front of Fuguki without moving a single muscle, and as Fuguki summons purple flowers from the ground in front him and which begins to affect Thor's senses and begins to paralyze him. Thor begins to analyse the situation and his brain works on high pressure, while you slam your palm on the ground and as it consumes him and you are out of vision, Thor comes to the only conclusion that it must be a genjutsu, since you did not make a single movement with your body while you cast your jutsu and there are no flowers around. Knowing that he is unable to break out of it normally, Thor realizes he is unable to move and there for inside the prison he bites his own tongue releasing a surge of pain throughout his entire body but the bite does not release much blood when he is released from the illusionary jutsu. From there Thor stands inside the prison, where he performs two quick handseals while inside the prison and releases a large compressed sphere of wind which slams straight into the prison making the whole prison explode outwards due to the massive pressure, making large pieces of earth and rock fly out in all directions as Thor stands at the center of the explosion unharmed -

I didn't at first but you have prove me wrong.
Here's the deal, I don't want to one move win this battle, I really want to have a recent battle that shows my skill for future references and well, you're not making it easy >.< So, how about you edit your move and make one that would actually work >.<
Your mistakes:
A. Back in my days, biting one's tongue is okay but I heard that it isn't know because some mod said so, I am not sure therefore you need to ask someone about it And I am not arguing about it.
B. my jutsu basically turn the ground to tar, like that A ranked swamp technique only this one transform it to tar that warp around you, so there is no room really for you to make handseals since your arms would be separated with the tar neither could you breathe since you are completely covered with it that there is no air inside.
The better way to react is to flee the area you were in at first, take this as a hint.
Edit please, I spend so many turns making a storyline, don't ruin that with losing from the first turn >.<
PS: if you disagree, ask any sensei or a mod to check this for you. But I think you better just trust me and edit >.O Its not like I want to claim the win..

As you are stuck within the tar, unable to move, and paralyzed, samehada stick its body around the tar surrounding your body, sucking off most of your body before you suffocate, I, then, use my hair to get it back.
"Thor... I apologize" Fuguki said as he placed samehada on his back which set there without moving, showing its satisfaction. He walked back to his hunt bag, took it up and went back to the forests to continue hunting for his next meal.
