I need you channel immense amount of lightning chakra in your hand then release it while manipulating its shape into a Chinese dragon connected to your arm by its tail, this dragon can shape shift from a whip to sword solid depending on your manipulation and stay longer than regular lightning jutsus, but the longer its used, the more damages you end up with.

I channel a tremendous amount of lightning chakra into my hand and keep the chakra contained for a few seconds before releasing it and using shape manipulation to make it take the shape of a Chinese dragon which is connected to my arm by its long tail. I solidify the chakra more to turn it into a large sword, I then make it flexible again and use shape manipulation to make the dragon turn into a make-shift whip.
