Like all elements, it sustains life in it's own way. Like you said, fire gives us warmth, the sun being our perfect example, it distributes warmth, giving us life. With that said.

Sit inside of the ring and meditate, focusing only on fire and blocking all other elements out.

That's not it. Look closely, close your eyes and focus on nothing but the fire around you like you have been doing for the last 3 days. Focus on how the chakra's running through it and then where the chakra seems to stunt it's growth.

Focus fire chakra in your stomach, and once you focus enough, make the fire chakra erupt from your stomach, through your throat, and out of your mouth while materializing it into a fireball.
