I strongly suggest you check out Guilty Crown. Only 22 episodes and it's very good (especially the OST and animation).

Summary:

The story takes place in Tokyo in 2039, after the outbreak of the "Apocalypse Virus" during what became known as the "Lost Christmas" of 2029. Since then, Japan has been under the control of the multinational organization called GHQ.

Ouma Shu is a 17 year-old boy who mistakenly obtains a rare and great power. He can use this power, "The Right Hand of the King," to extract "voids," or tools/weapons that are the manifestations of peoples' hearts.

He has been rather shy since a childhood tragedy, but both his personality and life change forever when he meets a girl named Yuzuriha Inori, a member of the rebel terrorist group called "Funeral Parlor," whose members seek the restoration of self-government in Japan via the ousting of GHQ.

Hunter x Hunter. Nuff said.
ฮ™ tried very hard to watch the first 2 episodes but I simply can't, I find it so unbelievably boring, no offense.
No game no life.

You could try Sword Art Online if you haven't already.

This one sounds very good, I'll choose yours XD
Darker than Black is futuristic but most the regular tech used isn't that far advanced.

Judging a series of 148 episodes from it's first 2 episodes? Nice. Well you're missing out, not us. Both my avatar & sig. are from the HxH 2011 anime so try judging now & those are scenes that happen pretty early on in the series. It does start out a bit meh since it's really similar to Naruto (Naruto was inspired from HxH) but it really picks up later on.

I'll try to but thing is that I've never tried so hard to like something. With Naruto it was love with the first glance but HxH is like I'm forcing myself, anyway, I'll try to.
