Alright. So Fuuinjutsu is the ability that allows one to seal objects, living things, chakra, and a variety of other things into a given vessel. This includes sealing weapons into a scroll, or sealing things like tailed beasts into a human being. It's also used to unseal things.

When it comes to seals, I know that it takes certain conditions....or triggers for them to activate.
