If you seal a person, is he/she still alive? If so, does he/she age while sealed? Let's say the seal is ripped 200 years later, is that person still alive?

well your're sealing their chakra so yes.

The body will die (unless you've also sealed the body) in that case maybe slow aging?

Much like if you perserve something in a jar. It could go on for many years without comprimising its integrity.

So I don't see why won't it work for fictional stuff.

Depends on the seal. Chibaku Tensei Seal just immobilises a person/statue. That's very different from Shiki Fuujin.

i think it depends on the seal as well as the time spent
