Sea Battle: Calm Belt '2 Elements' [Open]

I'm trying to have an enjoyable battle. Thus this battle will take place in the sea, and each participant is only allowed 2 elements. One of the elements must be Water, your 2nd element is up to you to decide.

Terrain: Calm Belt, basically a sea.
Customs Allowed
KG/HA not allowed, unless they're not elemental. (Bugs, Kaguya, Uchiha, etc.)
Everything aside from KG/HA is allowed. (Gen, Nin, Summons, Rain, etc.)

Every 2 turns you can call a Sea King (One Piece), which allows you to ride it for 2 turns, afterwards it swims back into the depths of the sea. Should you forget to get off, it's scales will release a substance which will attatch you to it and drown you.

I'll be using Kairyoku Sarutobi: Water + Earth.

I rather have someone experienced, but anyone is welcome to participate. Post your bio and choose who goes first.

What an energetic young man. I don't know were you come from, but this is my turf!

To start the battle, I reach into my ninja pouch and hold out a kunai, infusing it with water chakra I hurl the kunai directly at your stomach. I then connect my chakra into the water beneath you and create a rapid streaming whirlpool to spin counter-clockwise. The kunai, was purposely thrown at your mid section, in order to strike your upper section once you begin to sink.

Afterwards I begin to run torwads my left, in an arc motion moving onto your right, still maintaining a mid range distance. As I move, I perform a single handseal (bio affinity) and summon a cloud composed of flammable mist, which possitions itself above you, dripping down oil, in the same fashion as rain. Then I reach out for another kunai, this time placing an explosive tag on it and throwing it at you. The ignition of the tag, would burst the oil covering you, and cause you to be burnt alive as you sink.

Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

Luffy yells

"MY TURF!!!!"

Luffy notices the kunai and it takes off towards him. He lifts up in an arc towards the man, in the air and makes a circle with is index and thumb. The circle is placed at his mouth and he hurls out three meteor size fire balls. The fire balls take off down towards the man. Luffy floats back down to the water and finally lands when the man is done with this counter. Luffy stands roughly five to four meters from the man, give or take a few inches.

Description: The user jumps in the air and shoots three giant bullets of fire that come down like giant meteors, then erupt into a geyser of flame.

Luffy looks at the man and smiles.

"With Fire you get burnt, with Water you become drowned but you can also be stabbed."

As Luffy say "stabbed" 360 degrees around the man, water swirls up in a drill like shape hoping to stab the man.

As you jump into the air and release several fireballs torwards me. I wave 1 single handseal, shaping a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon. Creating in between us, it would rise and 'eat' all 3 fireballs, much like a simple snack. Afterwards continuing torwards you at a dangerous speed. Biting into your mid section, it then drags you back underwater and sinks you into the depths.

You're making this way to easy.

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
