I think the scroll found by Suigethu is the scroll that described in chapter 1. I know that scroll is bid Orochimaru would have summarised jutsu in to a small scroll.What if Orochimaru wanted that Scroll and he Mzukki I know he failed.Then You will ask how he get that scroll? the answer is at the time of chunnin exam.he would have taken the scroll at chunnin exam.

The reason why I think that when third hokage , jounnins and chunnins knew Naruto taken the scroll they have a terrible feeling in thier face plus it is said that it is the scroll first used.
