I personally think the scroll is about the Death God, maybe something only Orochimaru can do to prevent his own soul sucked into it. Suigetsu also said very vaguely about it was something Sasuke couldn't do. It seems like a dangerous scroll and the Death God is considered as really dangerous.

I doubt if the scroll is related to Rikudou, but it's possible.

Either that or something totally new, but definitely not Edo Tensei or something other jutsu we already have seen because Sasuke should be capable to do it himself.

1 thing for sure that scroll has a some very very powerful justu like of which we have never seen it before...

Yeah it wasn't something he could do right now. Suigetsu believed Sasuke could do it in given time just like you said.

Orochimaru wants full knowledge about all jutsus who exist and the Death God is no exception, especially after he lost his arm.
Only Orochimaru knew who Sasuke wanted to meet, while Suigetsu has no idea.
And we know Sasuke lived with Orochimaru in three years, so he probably heard about these hokages sealed in the Death God. If Ororchimaru didn't need to ask Sasuke about it, so it must be something directly related to the scroll...

I read somewere that Kish has hinted... known characters will be back. Orochimaru probably was one of them, but it'll be more characters....U never know that may be sasuke bring some kages with him from death god itself...I know it sounds absurd but...
