So we all painfully waited (me especially) a long time to see how strong the 8th gate would be.
Now that we have seen it, it has gone above expectations. But it goes so far above that it really makes me think that Gai should have been the one feared by the nations, compared to the beasts, hes a monster xD.
I know they called him the blue beast, but that was just his 7th gate. Even in his 7th gate he seemed immensely powerful. at the 7th gate, im pretty sure he could beat most kages, especially it being gai, who never gives up.
im surprised he hasn't taken off the weights from his wrists and ankles. Not that it would matter now i guess xD.
Im just glad we got to see the 8th gate. I thought we would never see it since i never thought it would come to the point where gai would actually die. so it is a trade off.
But this raises some questions. Like What exactly warrants the use of the 8th gate?
Im pretty sure he fought obito and tailed beasts and obito was even able to become a so6p but that didn't even warrant the transformation to 8th gate.
Also that hole he made in the earth by just the air pressure punch from hundreds of feet in the air... imagine if he actually made contact with the ground. And imagine if he actually got his combo off the first time he attacked madara. He would have probably destroyed his body, especially with physical contact. Wish he did that to madara before he became juudara. Pretty sure he could have wrecked him and his PSusano'o. Pretty sure he would wreck hashirama and his summons.
Oh and the facial expressions from madara were priceless. So much surprise and fear even. XD
