Ninja = a person who has skill from training able to do something beyond another normal person, the strength, the physic, mental and also energy.
Chakra = is the basic technique which most of the ninja has it by moulding your physical and spiritual energy which will you receive from training or experiences
Ninjutsu = one of Japanese martial art, if in Narutoverse then it's a technique which allowing us to do something beyond a normal person such as walking in the water, manipulate the energy surround and transform the energy into a weapon etc.
Elemental Ninjutsu = from what i know also called nature transformation, allowing someone to manipulate the 5 basic element which is Fire, Lightning, Earth, Water and Wind, by molding his/her chakra.
Genjutsu = an Illusion technique which allowing the user to manipulate someone's brain/mind by injecting chakra into the opponent chakra network then manipulate their mind to experiences whatever the user wanted it to be (off course only an illusion but creating great impact in physical / mental also)
Taijutsu = Also one of Japanese martial art, unlike Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, Taijutsu is directly perform someone physical and also mental energy relying on strength and stamina, basically no chakra involved and Taijutsu also known as hand to hand combat.
Fuuinjutsu = a sealing technique which today i will learn it from you, it's allow someone to seal human, object or even chakra into another object.

When a tenketsu opens, chakra poors out of it. Its by molding the chakra that comes out of the tenketsu that you produce ninjutsu and genjutsu.

Taijutsu is basically Hand to Hand combat. Its composed of several disciplines and arts, the most used of which is called Strong Fist. Other types include for example, Gentle Fist. Taijutsu uses the body as a weapon to attack or defend against your enemy. Its powered by chakra but in a different way than Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, as you don't need to mold chakra to perform Taijutsu (as seen in Rock Lee's case). Chakra in Taijutsu acts as the fuel, powering the body through its moves, specially in terms of Physical energy. The main characteristic of Taijutsu is that it can be combined with several other areas of a ninja's arsenal, such as Kenjutsu or Ninjutsu (in this case producing Nintaijutsu). This makes Taijutsu the basic skill every ninja has to have.
Taijutsu can be advanced through mastery of the Eigh Inner Gates. These are "limiters" that exist within the chakra circulatory system and that regulate and limit the chakra output, keeping it at safe levels, thus keeping the body safe. Through intense training and skill, a ninja can unlock them gaining access to increased chakra output and, through that, increased physical power. However, doing so damages the body and may even lead to death.

Fuuinjutsu or Sealing Arts, are a type of Jutsu that seals chakra, living beings, objects, energy, etc whithin another object through the use of kanji codes/spells.
Fuuinjutsu may vary greatly but most obey the same basic principle: You need a medium (living or not) in which was prepared the Kanji Codes/Inscriptions of the seal. You need to expend chakra to activate the seal and chakra to sustain it for a given amount of time. To release it, you must once again expend chakra to unlock the seal, while still needing the correct "key". The "key" is a variation of the technique only known to those who create it, thus disabling the probability of the seal being released by someone else; it can be a given set of handseals or even a DNA imprint (through a blood contract). However, even if most seals may work in this simple fashion, some more advanced seals work in many other ways. Even if you take into account that all seals must be triggered/fueled by chakra, they must all have a medium in which to seal away the target.
Because seals are fueled by chakra, they become weakened through time, as the chakra that was expended to create and maintain it, becomes consumed. Because of this, when sealing something in a living being, the seal is generally made to use the chakra from the being to sustain itself, delaying the eventual weakening.

Ok, to start learning how to use fuuinjutsu, you need to understand that there are 2 subtypes of fuuinjutsu. First we have the fuuinjutsu that use an inanimate medium, such as scrolls or other inanimate object. These aren't active until you focus your chakra into them to active them for either sealing or releasing. The other subtype are sealing techniques that use living mediums. One example is the 4 elements seal that naruto has or the contract seal that minato used on Tobi. This seal is something that doesn't linger. Its active and containing something that "fights back" or its active only as its being used and then dispels.
Now, take this *hands you a scroll* and write this kanji formula *shows a sample scroll* studying it in the process. In the middle of it write the kanji for "Fire" as its shown in my sample. When its done, we can proceed. ^^

According to the jutsu description, so i can seal any of elemental jutsu up to S-Rank but just one jutsu per turn? is that correct sensei?
Not really. It has to be within reason. For example, while you'll be able to seal a majestic fire annihilation, you'd be unable to seal a mountain smash.
It mostly for projectile techniques and similar jutsu that are passible of being intercepted and engulfed by the mist that comes out of the scroll.

Ok, so all seals work more or less the same way. You have a sealing formula and using chakra focused through it, you restrict and seal something. The normal "medium" is a paper scroll or tag, but some seals can be set on an organic medium, like the seal that binds a jinchuriki together (host+bijuu). These seals have a formula created by the chakra itself and not directly written in a medium.
Now, lets start the technique rampage lol
( Chakra Haisui Fūin no Jutsu ) – Chakra Suppression Seal Technique

simple enough. A technique where you inscribe the "surpression" kanji in a piece of paper. As you touch the jinchuriki with it, it forcefully receeds the transformation of the jinchuriki if he is in incomplete form. Useless in complete form.
( Han'you Fūin ) - Generic Sealing Technique

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items or weapons that have been stored using Fūinjutsu,typically they are stored within scrolls. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons. The items themselves are unaffected by time. This Technique allows the user to seal any weapons they wish being their own or opponents.
Note: Cannot seal opponent's custom weapons, or the special weapons of a particular character ( example: Samehada or Kubikiribocho ).
Note: Can only seal corpses, and not injured people regardless of the extent of their injury.

a tag that you can add to kunais or other weapons/techniques that upon having foreign chakra nearby explodes with a blast superior to that of 3 paper tags. Its very usefull in close combat but you need to be carefull not to take damage yourself.

So the first one is I have to draw out a paper and write a “suppression” then placed it into a Jinchuuriki, can this jutsu used to a normal shinobi and to make him weaker?
The 2nd jutsu, is it Ten-Ten's tech?
The last jutsu It’s like explosion tag but it’s track down foreign chakra ?
1st one: no, it only works on jinchurikis.
2nd one: well, all weapon scrolls and sealing item techniques start with this. However, because its such a "basic" skill, it was reasoned that you cou8ld use Ten-Ten's scroll techs without mastery of Fuuin.
3rd one: pretty much. Its like an explosive tag but triggered only by foreign chakra instead of being timed or triggered voluntarily.

Ok, a simple one. Its a Tag that forms a seal on a summon or on an Edo Tensei body. It has no use on other things but in those 2 targets, it binds and seals them off, effectively removing them from battle. However, note that its slow to form and take effect.

Description: When the opponent is trapped inside a container of some sort, the user places five sealing tags, on each side of the container forming a rough pentagon shape. The opponent is then locked in suspended animation for one turn.
Note: If the opponent escapes the container or shatters it before all the tags are placed, he avoids the technique fully.
This one is simple. While it was used to transport Sasuke, it can in our RP be used in any container to temporarily bind an enemy inside it. Faster, since you can have the container pre-made but still not easy to pull of in battle.
( Keiyaku Fūin ) – Contract Seal

Description: The user, after having obtained some of the opponent's blood, touches a summoning that the opponent is controlling, causing a kanji formula to generate which forces the summoner to lose control of that summon. Note: Can only be used twice.
This one is pretty self explanatory. Its a different description of that one used by Minato though. This one needs to target the summon animal and not the summoner.

1. This sealing tech can use to undo the summon or reverse the summon back/completely removing them (any kind of summon ? as for the edo tensei, i fully understand, but disadvantage is this tech slowly to form.
2. So we must caught the enemy inside the container first right, then place this seal, to bind the opponent temporarily.
3. Fully understand, this sealing tech are using to target the summon animal.
