It's a combination of Wind and Fire chakras to create a very heated element, capable of desiccating foes and evaporating water in seconds. We've only seen one Kunoichi with it so far, and she came from Sunagakure.

(Shakuton: Shaku Jutsu) Scorch Release: Scorch Technique
This first one will materialize one's Scorch chakra to create rudimentary tools/structures of the element to defend or attack. Basically it's foremost a creation technique limited only to the user's imagination.
And this this B ranked application creates a wall that can both defend and/or attack at the same time. Standing eight meters tall and five wide means it's taller than most humans and small summons and can defend a space that is short ranged in diameters. It can also be sent up to mid ranged away to slam into an opponent to hurt them.
