It's all in the video but basically a scientist discovered a way to genetically "enhance" animals at home. The puppy is able to do more tricks and stuff he wouldn't be able to do without the enhancement. In the video, the scientist talks about how his gene enhancer should be given to the public to buy. What do you think? Should we be allowed to genetically enhance our animals(and possibly more) at home? Is this inhuman? Rickroll'd bitches. Sorry I couldn't resist. xD​
