nah, in our lab we are working on gene therapy so being fat won't be an issue since we can just adjust our genes to lose fat.
it is still (very very very very very very very) expensive and your genes will get back to there original state within 48 hours.
there is another tec but that's to dangerous and could become a GGO (that could turn into something like "I am legend")
will probably be possible in about 50 years
