Gilgamesh. Cloaked in several layers of dark clothes, Kagutsuchi daggers belted to my sides.
Gilgamesh would immediately begin the battle by asserting control over the water in the stream and having it take the form of a Gollum of water that would stand in the stream to his left, in line with him. The water Gollum would prevent Gilgamesh from using the element, but more importantly it would prevent his opponent from using it - Gilgamesh's fire would not be denied.

Description: A simple jutsu utilizing the manipulation ninja have over tangible elements. The user manipulates any earth or water in the area and create a large golum made of either earth or water, the golum being about 2 times
The size of a normal human, and having the basic humanoid structure minus the middle finger on each hand. The golum can manipulate earth or water(depending on what he is created from) at the users will, thus he can use all jutsu from that element, furthermore because o his manipulation over that element he can stop the opponent from using jutsu of that element. Utilizing basic yin yang knowledge, if the user has learned it, he can form a golum made of water and earth, having all the golums abilities for both elements, this is an S rank jutsu though. So Long as the golum is around the element he is created from he is indestructible, and will simply reform if he is hit by a jutsu.

Following on, Gilgamesh and his newly created Gollum would initiate their offence in unison.
The Gollum would proceed by having water rise up from the ground beneath the opponent in the form of eight dragon headed tendrils of water. The tendrils would all burst from the ground at once with ferocious harmony, and while they would all keep pace, some would naturally reach their mark faster than others on account of some targets being closer than others.
First would be the feet, two tendrils would wrap throughly around your ankles - pressing your flesh against bone. Next would be your kidneys, as two tendrils attempt to dart straight into your flesh, blue water gouging out spurts of red blood. Next would be your heart, as a tendril similarly aims to burst past your spine and into your chest. Then your arms, as two tendrils thoroughly ensnare them, and lastly your neck, as a tendril firmly grasps it in its embrace to brutally snap your neck back on itself.
Should you not defend you would be left bent over backwards, with your back propped up into an arch by the three tendrils that aimed for your vital organs, and blood pouring out from three rather sizeable wounds.
Suiton: Yakkaina Jōkyō | Water Style: Sticky Situation

Description: The user will slam their hands on the ground and send a absurd amount of suiton chakra into the ground, channeling it beneath a target. They will draw the moisture from underground and create water. Then by performing the ‘Dragon’ hand seal the water will burst from underground from all around the opponent. The water erupting in the form of eight dragon headed shaped water tendrils that are fairly dense and have a sticky quality that enables them to cling to the opponent, as well as a having a high piercing rate. Once the tendrils attach to their target, the user can preform the ‘Dragon’ handseal causing the tendrils to implode, if the tendril was completely wrapped around a limb, severe damage would be caused rendering the limb relatively unusable. The tendrils are able to freely and rapidly attack anything within a short range radius of where they originally erupted from.

Simultaneously, Gilgamesh would place you into an illusion. Within the illusion you would be assaulted by waves of water so forceful and momentous that you would find yourself stripped of coherent movement as they wash you to and fro. The water however would burn, hot and foul against your flesh, and as you're caught in it's embrace you would find yourself subjected to every torment and agony to occur throughout the ages. Iron maidens, crucifixions, bloody battles and the vilest of tortures.
On account of the movement inhibiting experiences foisted upon you by the illusion and it's profoundly agonising effects, your actual body would likely become immobilised - easy prey for the dragon spears.

Description: This is an advanced Non-Sharingan Genjutsu that can only be activated if and when the user can see the opponent’s body, or at least his upper torso. Within the illusion, the opponent believes that large amounts of water burst out of the ground and materialize from thin air to completely envelop and wash them away. The water will converge on and physically touch him no matter what methods of evasion are used, or whatever defense he has established. As the imaginary water washes him away, the opponent is exposed to a more powerful hallucination in which they, as a ninja, witness the pain and numerous deaths inflicted on others throughout history, during past wars and battles – The illusion manifests as a representation of the pain that war brings. The hallucination is excessively intricate and detailed, as the irrevocably shattered souls of the damned reciprocate the damage and pain that was once dealt to them in the past, using the water as their medium. While witnessing this, the water will thoroughly burn away the skin as if it was a potent acid. While this is not happening in reality – It’s nothing more than an illusion – the enemy is faced with such perceived agony and fear that his muscles will begin to uncontrollably convulse, and he will scream out in pain, unable to fight, or even remain completely still as the pain washes over him while under the influence of this jutsu.

Tobirama watched on as his opponent, who was dressed rather dark clothes to maybe conceal his identity, channeled his chakra into the stream of water to begin forming an object made of water. As the water was being formed into a gollum, Tobirama had to act quick, due to how mysterious his opponent was. Due to this mysteriousness, the Nidaime Hokage had no idea how strong or weak the guy was, but judging from his cool demeanor, things might not go well soon. Then, Tobirama could feel the gollum somewhat hinder his own abilities. This is definitely not good.
Tobirama then kicked up into the air as he rotated on his left foot, using his taijutsu expertise to create a huge dragon of wind made purely from taijutsu. The dragon, with Tobirama in the epicenter of it's form, would then go low to the ground as it shifted to the right, and begin charging towards the gollum, hollowing out a minor portion of the ground in it's wake. Once it made it's way towards the gollum, the dragon bit the gollum's body and charged forward, carrying the whole gollum out of the stream and into the cloaked kid. Due to the dragon hollowing out some of the ground and due to the angle, the water from the stream behind the duo would funnel into the hollowed out portion of the ground, away from the gollum's preivous position, altering the current of water completely. Then, Tobirama formed a singular hand seal and used his mastery of water to generate two penguins around his shoulders, Starmie and Staryu respectively. These penguins were different in the fact that one was made of crystalline water and the other was made of a special type of chakra sapping mist.

This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

Description: One of Tobirama's most diverse and unique techniques, Suiton: Senchinerupengin is a new take on suiton ninjutsu. With the rapid release and manipulation of suiton chakra, a suiton specialist will be able to form one hand seal and use the air's moisture to create two penguins of water, the same size of Shima and Fukasaku respectively, that fly around the user or stay on the user's shoulders. These penguins are special due to their signature techniques and composition, their names being Staryu and Starmie respectively.
Staryu - Staryu is a penguin made of water and through the rapid release and conversion of suiton chakra, has it's composition changed to that of a chakra draining mist. Due to Staryu's composition, it is able to create various ninja tools (kunai, shuriken, spears, swords, etc.) and shields of chakra draining mist up to short range of the user and control them with relative ease, however, once the tool is moved out of short range, it continues it's course at the same speed to wherever it was headed. This ability is b-ranked in power, but once the opponent is hit with this mist, they become significantly more sluggish due to chakra being drained from the opponent (speed drops by two ranks for two turns).
Starmie - Starmie is a penguin made of water and through the rapid release and conversion of suiton chakra, has it's composition changed to that of a crystalline water. Due to Starmie's composition, it is able to create various ninja tools (kunai, shuriken, spears, swords, etc.) and shields of crystalline water up to short range of the user and control them with relative ease, however, once the tool is moved out of short range, it continues it's course at the same speed to wherever it was headed. This ability is a-ranked in power, but has no other effects except for causing excess lacerations and having more power compared to regular suiton due to the crystalline like composition of said water, but still not enough to overcome it's elemental weaknesses.

Gilgamesh would watch with disdain as you spin like a monkey and begin to form your wind dragon, what an uncouth technique he thought. Nonetheless he would react quickly, forming three brisk hand seals and taking governance of the wind.
The air a meter and a half before Gilgamesh and his Gollum, all the way up to 10 meters behind you and to the sides would burst down all at once with tremendous force - dissipating your lesser winds in the process and thoroughly pinning you to the ground with such force that you would find yourself robbed of all movement, with the ground impacting on the movement of your ribs to such an extent that you would slowly begin to suffocate.
The winds would be upon you immediately, as the air from both directly above your head and high in the sky would all move down in unison.

Simultaneously the Gollum would respond by having scaling hot water burst from the ground beneath you. It would have carried you straight up into the air if not for the force of the wind that was counteracting it. Thus instead of being pinned to the ground you would instead find yourself pressed into boiling hot water, with Gilgamesh somewhat altering the shape of his wind as the water rises so that it would all be contained within a large 6 meter diameter bubble with you at the epicentre - with the bubble misshapen slightly at the bottom where it connects to the ground.

Description:The user sends their suiton chakra into the ground, resulting in a large amount of water erupting from the ground bursting upwards into a large wall of water meters across meters thick and meters tall. The water being from deep within the ground, and thus being extremely hot, capable of causing burns, the water then begins to cascade forwards and downwards upon command, crashing down onto the opponent much like a huge wave. The size of this technique depends completely on how much chakra is used, but can be large enough to buffet a large summoning such as Gamabunta.
