(Doton: Koudo Hotei)-Earth Release: Earthen Replenishment
Type:Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: The user will perform the Snake>Ram hand seals and focus their Doton chakra into a pre-existing Doton technique and replenish the earth into it. Eliminating any damage that the technique had previously encountered and restoring it completely as if it was new.

Note:
~Can only replenish jutsu if at least half of the jutsu remains, if it is destroyed any further this jutsu is ineffective.
~Can only be used 3 times.
~Can only replenish jutsus A-Rank and below.
~Can only be taught by xHoudinii


Focus your chakra into a previous earth technique, perform the hand seals and it will reform as if it was brand new again.

Can this be used on an Earth technique that's currently being destroyed. Eg, I use an A rank earth technique, someone uses an A rank fireball, and I use this to restore the earth as it's being destroyed?

If someone uses a Lightning technique such as Nagashi to stop my technique from rising from the ground, can I in turn utilize this technique to force the earth to rise once again?

How fast is this Earth jutsu, and how long does it take to restore an earth technique, is it gradual, or is it a near instant restoration?

It takes about a second to restore no matter the size of the jutsu.

Also, can this be used on projectile earth techniques? If so does that mean that contact with the earth is not required?

Range: Short - Long

Description: The user will release their chakra into the ground, then by manipulating their chakra, they cause a abundance of adhesive sticky mud to burst up from the ground around and beneath the opponent(s), the mass of mud quickly forming into a tombstone like shape while clinging to the target. The mud then quickly hardens, encasing the whole of the opponent in solid rock, the rock quickly continues to constrict around the opponent, growing tighter and tighter until it eventually crushes them with immense force. Multiple tombstones can be created to encase and destroy multiple enemies, or a single large tombstone can be created to destroy a group of enemies, or one large enemy. The Tombstone created can be no larger than Gamakichi and if multiple Tombstones are created, their total size combined cannot exceed that of Gamakichi.

- No Earth jutsu above S rank for the same and next turn.

Surge your chakra into the ground, and manipulate the chakras transformative properties to cause an abundance of mud to surge from the ground, cling to your opponent, and harden into rock that constricts and crushes them.

Yes it can be used with projectile techniques. I most often use it with the rock scale slab jutsu. It also doesn't require contact with the ground cause your basically 'growing' new earth from the jutsu to fix the damage.

How long does it take for the mud to burst up and cover the opponent?
Also how long would it take to crush them if trapped? Just one turn?

Derp, it's pretty fast, slightly slower than Gushing Water Imprisonment.
Dunno, it depends. It could likely crush extremities in mere heartbeats, limbs in a few moments, although the whole body may take a while.
