Daniel looks up at the rift. "Its a rift to Polaris, one of the shinigami realms, we unlocked it when a Septentrione, a evil shinigami species gave us the key to talk to the dead, not telling us that it could also open the realm up.

Ryun interupts his brother. "Right now the rift could be considered like a window, no one can enter or leave, just look through it, if he gets the soul of daniel and his son, he would have enough power to merge the two worlds together."
