[TD]Scarlet is an inquisitive person by nature. He enjoys researching and gathering information on various forms of jutsu that are within in the world. He is hardworking and his curiosity sometimes gets the better of him in certain situations. He does however have some sense to him as he can be shown to be calm and collected during situations that require that mind frame. He is respectful to his elders and enjoy reading in his spare time and testing out new technique ideas he has been developing over periods of time.[/TD]

[TD]The Beginning[/TD]
[TD]Scarlet was born in a remote village in the Land of Fire. His mother was from the Uchiha clan and would go on to teach him many of the techniques he has in his arsenal. Due to their training together Scarlet inherited from his mother an inquisitive mind and would constantly be asking her questions and trying to learn as much about Ninjutsu as he possibly could.
He had never met his father, a topic that his mother tended to not want to discuss, at least not until he was older. Trying to be respectful to his mothers wishes he would never openly discuss the topic with her instead using his intellect to search for clues unbeknownst to her. Through his diligence he got results, finding some letters that had been sent to his mother. Using this information, Scarlet decided that he would convince his mother to allow him to embark on a journey, using the excuse that he was to research many of the techniques and ninjutsu around the world, while secretly he would be on the search for his father. Leaving early one morning a month after convincing his mother, he ventured forth; keen to see what awaited him in the world.[/TD]

Hey thanks for the comment, and I wish the image was an original. He is a character from the Naruto Online game or something, but I am just using him as an OC. Should I be putting disclaimers on the art that they arent mine?

Yeah if im being honest I'm really not sure what to put in that part. Ive been a member for a year but ive only been lightly active due to the current situation lol so I really dont know to many of most of the details I should probably know.
I did get an artifact that got approved but I believe it'll just phase out according to the rules that were updated recently, and im not to fussed if Scarlet uses it or not if he gets approved.

I would suggest
1. gauntlet to cover up for elements you can't currently use,
2. smoke bombs cos they are cool and you are a ninja
3. Assassin's arsenal since you don't have a custom weapon and it can make up for the shortcomings of tai

Is there a list of scientific tools to look at or are they just basic ninja tool kinda things? Because if its just ninja tools stuff, ill stick to the basics to begin with and branch out as my story progresses.

Nice bio. Could live up it a bit using matching colors for the text headers, just a suggestion . Hollar if you need assistance ranking up via fights or via the NW by missions. I'm mostly a PvE guy so meeting up in the NW could be fun.

I will let you know down the line, but for the moment I'm just going to try being solo for a little while, develop my character and what not. But I might take you up on the offer down the line haha

That's whats good about coloring the text, it's very simple and requires zero coding. You just use the coloring tool . Yeah, coding is.. not fun but it pays off. I'm a nerd when it comes to bios z.z'.

Respecting that fully, i've roamed solo almost entirely which is why i always like to meet up new people and interact with even though i maintain the "skyrim" concept so to say u_u. Sure, just let me know bro
