I remember going into the Well and it was 3 AM in my home when I was younger, and there was a thunderstorm happening outside. When Link turned and I had zoom on, and that skull came at me... my God... and I have the original version with all the blood too!

I was 5 when it came out and when I went into the well I screamed my head off lol I had/still have that version.

Keep in mind I don't usually play horror games so this might make you guys laugh. But the flood from Halo. The noises that they make terrify me.

I remember walking down a flight of stairs in RE:3 (I think it was in the Police Station?) and as I was walking, there was this small window directly infront of the stairs I was walking on (if i remember correctly) and then all of a sudden I heard a crash and the ***** jumped through the window! And he was carrying a freaking BAZOOKA.

I was low on health so I was like RUN!

Haha, good times.

Nemesis was definitely scary in RE3, whenever I was going through raccoon city and he would be around the corner I would run for my life. I would actually be scared too, what a great game.

To be honest, i don't really get scared of games, no matter what game it is.

Although, the thing that scared me the most, or just made me go like "Oh sh*t" is the wallrider from outlast, their not really scary once you have seen them a couple of times but the way that they jumpscare you can really creep a guy out.
