First off, what is water in reality? What is water to a ninja? How do you control it? What are its strengths and weaknesses?

Well in real life water is life basically. It is a compound made up of Hydrogen and Oxygen. We couldn't live without water and our bodies are mostly made up of water. It can help give life and can also take it away in different ways like tsunami's or floods.

In the ninja world ninja use water jutsu by manipulating preexisting water or making their own by turning their chakra into water. It is hard to make water than to control preexisting water.

It is naturally Strong against Fire because it extinguishes the flames. And is Natually weak against Earth because the earth stops the flow of water.

It can be used in conjunction with lightning to amplify the power of a water jutsu.

Is that good enough???

Now focus on becoming one with the water...feel it with your chakra....then try to control it a bit...try to make it swirl around you

Ok try focusing more on releasing your chakra into the water in a circular move. Try thinking of yourself at the center of a whirlpool.

Hm, yes your getting there, flow more into it though, make the whirlpool motion swirl harder and faster.

Next, to save you some time in battle, you should know, that every water jutsu, unless noted int the jutsu itself that it comes from your mouth, you need a water source. That means basically you cant use water vortex in the desert unless there is an oasis.

Now for some jutsu.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Mist Jutsu

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.

Reach your hand into the water and focus your chakra into forming a sword made of the water. Then pull it out of the water. Manipulate the water until the blade is razor sharp.
