As you come into view I quickly charge towards you, and once I get within short-range I place you under a genjutsu while throwing multiple explosive tag kunais towards you. In the Genjutsu you will think that I threw one regular Kunai, which in reality I threw multiple explosive tag kunais. You wouldn't be able to see the kunais coming towards you due to you being placed under a illusion. The explosive tag kunais go off, and soon after they go off a smoke cloud appears due to the explosion. With your vision now blinded due to the smoke, and you somewhat injured due to the explosion, I jump through the smoke while focusing a incredible amount of chakra towards my fist. Due to my precise chakra control, I can focus chakra towards my fist instantly. As soon as I get through the smoke, I aim my fist towards your chest at a angle, and I punch it with my right hand. Your entire body goes downwards towards the floor due to the angle at which I aimed my punch at. Due to the ground below you being made of Kaguya bones it shouldn't break much or even cause a crater due to the hardness. As your entire body is smashed into the ground, and the floor doesn't break below you, you get more damage due to the force of my punch going against your body. Due to the force of my punch, you become paralyzed for a few seconds. While you are paralyzed I jump backwards a few feet, I then instantly focus chakra towards my leg, and I jump upwards doing a axe kick. I aim my right leg at a angle so that more force is added to my kick when it comes downwards. My right heel comes crashing down against your chest, mainly near your heart. Due to the force from the kick you lose your whole front chest. I then jump backwards a few feet, but not much so that I'm still in close-range from you. I then begin to observe your actions carefully as you're lying there dying.

Note: You're under a Genjutsu so you wouldn't be able to see the multiple kunais coming, but only one. Since you are paralyzed from my first hit, you wouldn't be able to dodge my second hit within time.

After punching you I throw a explosive tag kunai towards you, and at the same time as I throw the explosive tag kunai I continue running towards you while focusing chakra towards my right leg. After the explosive tag kunais goes off I jump upwards into the air doing a axe kick. As my leg comes flying downwards it slams you into the ground thus killin you due to the force.

-I asked a Sensei about the Genjutsu part, if you could use it to make your enemy think you went into a area when you didn't. He said it was possible :|

*As I think you've gone into the smoke, I waste no time and throw 3 kunais at the location you should be at, and once I notice the kunais escaping through the other side and I don't notice you coming out of the smoke I assume it has something to do with the unexplained explosion from earlier and so I assume I'm under genjutsu so I quickly perform Kai, and as I do I see the real you running towards me and at close proximity and so I quickly release my chakra and make insert into your brain, making you think you're bound to a tree (which restricts the movement of your arms as they are held by the tree), without further ado I throw a shuriken at you and cause it to massively increase in size by adding my chakra to it, whilst you're bound to the tree making it harder to dodge.
Note: Because of the tree I sprouted from my right arm, you're more likely to think it's another Mokuton jutsu.

As I continue running behind my four explosive tag kunais I threw towards you earlier, I notice a tree sprout from your right arm once again. My kunais explode in the process as you finish creating the tree, and since you are within the blast range still you receive high damage when they explode. As you are recovering from the damage, I take a huge leap while focusing chakra towards my right foot, and I hit you in the face, with my heel going through you mouth. As you are hit you get sent flying backwards. Due to my heel hitting you inside of your mouth you should have a large hole in the back of your throat. As you try to stand back up you begin to spit up blood due to the hole in the back of your throat. I then stand there and observe as you lose a ton of blood.

Due to the explosion, and you receiving high damage, I doubt you could continue to spin around releasing weapons. So in short, if you don't spin, you don't release weapons, if you don't release weapons, you don't use the Genjutsu.

Before or around the time I use Kai?
Kai is instant so it shouldn't take that long to do, so I don't see how I can't avoid the explosion. The technique I used was used by Danzo to avoid Sasuke Susaano arrow which probably traveled a lot faster then Explosive kunais. The tree is created almost instantly it grows out of my arm uncontrollably..so I think I'd have enough time. And if I finish creating the tree as you stated I would, I would be out of the way from the explosion. And if you disgaree with that because I'm still in short range then the explosion should also damage you since you are also in short range. Another point if I create the tree, again like you said I would, I would be at a different position so you'd have to run towards me or something as you wouldn't reach me by just doing a leap. But I'll go with what you're saying and assume I'm injured anyway. But it shouldn't be major imo.
Also I have no problem editing that move and releasing my self from the genjutsu another way if you wish me to, I was unaware of the Kai rule >.<

*As I take some minor damage from the explosion I notice you suddenly take a 'leap' in and come towards me with chakra infused in your fist just before you reach my location in an attempt to hit my face I quickly release my chakra around you making you suddenly freeze and as you become unable to move you lose momentum and start to fall into the ground whilst you're in mid air, as you're falling I waste no time and throw 3 explosive kunais at you. Which I detonate as soon as they are near your position, dealing you heavy damage.*
