Hidan: Kakuzu would like me to keep you for his bounty...BUT HE ISNT HERE!!!
Hidan forms the tiger handseal and creates two clones (Red to the left and Blue to the right) As soon as Blue is formed he quickly makes the few needed handseals and spits a large amount of nails at you. Also as Red is formed is formed (his attack runs along side Blue's but his you after as it takes longer to form) he pulls out a scroll and spins it about his head, then forms a giant chain hammer with a huge metal ball. He then brings this down on top of you, crushing you before the huge metal ball disappears. Meanwhile Hidan has readied his scythe in his right hand and cable is extended and wrapped around his arm.
Summary:

*After you make your clones I shoot an air palm at the one that would swirl a scroll around his head just before I spin into a rotation protecting myself from the barrage of nails, I then throw a barrage of 7 shuriken before I fire off another air palm boosting their speed and power 2 of which spread out and circle around your body binding you with retractable chakra wire I then throw 2 more which circle around the 2 poles(1 at each) behind me completely bindind you*

*As you finish your rotation and launch your shurikens at Hidan (You didnt mention Blue) Blue forms the needed handseals and inserts chakra into his hair, extending it out to bind you. Once captured he hardens the hair to spikes that cover your body with shallow stabs, covering the hair in your blood. Meanwhile Hidan with his Scythe in hand rotates on the spot while extending the scythe outwards. As your shurikens come towards Hidan the Scyhte roatates around him like a protective barrier knocking all of your shurikens away. Hidan then stops spinning and follows up with launching the scythe towards you aiming to cut your neck (as this is the only exposed part when binded by the hair*

*As your hair extends I wait till it gets near me then spin into another rotation blocking it and since the hair is attached to the clone he would be spun arround and tossed, I then throw my Buster sword at your scythe and an air palm to enhance its speed and power thus knocking the scythe out the way and continuing, I then pull a scroll and a black weapon appears(not activated so I'm not breaking the no elements rule) I then throw it behind the buster sword and air palm both with wires attached which you cant see both aimed at your upper torso area*

Though it does not look it , It is. This Sword has a will of itson. Though not alive it can emit needles from the handles if the chakra in its wielder is different then what it normally is used to. Meaning if anybody picks it up they hand is screwed. The wielder of thisbladepracticed many years with It. Mastering its weight. The sword is said to weigh over400pounds. But due to the training the owner knows how to channel its own chakrainto the sword making it as light as any regular sword but too anybody else it will be hard to pick up (not impossible), And a Very heavy hit. This Sword is Known for its incredible lightning current that drives through the sword. Once the lightning current activates the Sword gets Yellow poke-dots all on it , signifying the electrical currents all through the blade. Once the user cut somebody with this blade it can disperse small shocks of lightning into the person system through the cut on the person body.. This Blade can also cut through A Rank Earth. Due to its Heavy Property and Electrical currents through the blade
-Cant Use No Ninjutsu while this blade is in play
-Cant use Lightning jutsus above B rank
-If the user Activatesthesword. Everytime the sword is being swung it causes for 1 of the users turn
-The sword can only be activated with the electrical currents for 3 turns

This round is judged on performance. Rasnall barely had anything to work with. Blade, unfortunately you just spammed KG techniques. I will give you guys 14 more hours. So at 12:00 EST im making a final judgement.
*As Blue is released from being spun around he lands on the top of the pillar behind you (Your left hand side) He then channells needles into his right hand (which stick out of his palm). Meanwhile seeing Blue being spun around and then flung into the air, Hidan also channells chakra into his hair and extends it wrap around the top of the piller behind him (your right hand corner) and pulls himself to long range and standing on top of the pillar (avoiding your swords that land somewhere outside the ring and lands on the top at the same time Blue lands on the opposite pillar) He then connectrates his chakra to call upon a flock of crows that decend onto you circling around you at high speeds and blocking your view of both of use. As the crows circle around you Blue leaps off the top of his pillar (Needles sticking out of his Right hand) flies through the crows and sends a huge right hand open palm hit into your face, spikes sent into your head and eye.*

I think I'm the one who barely has anything to work with here...
*As you use the hair move to go to the pillar I fire one air palm at your body while in mid filght knocking you away with one hand and with the other I use a mechanism to retract the wire with my swords attached, as the crows surround me I spin into a rotation as the swords are being pulled in closer causing them to spin and get closer at the same time when I stop I grab both swords and use the Black Pheonix to gaurd against the clone and then stab him with the Buster Sword, I then detach the threads an attach them to a couple of kunai and throw more kunai(6) and 2 spread out and circles around you attempting to capture you as the other 4 distract you I then toss the black phoenix sword up to where it would land on top of your head*
