~I pump much more wind chakra into the rasengan that i had prevoisuly created in my right hand,and fuse btoh the wind and the rasengan,to create a much moer pwoerful and devastating jutsu,by using nature manipulation,i finally manage to fuse both of them,creating a huge spinning wind shuriken that is constatnly making a high pitched noise~
