Scale of Madara's Average Speed with Sage Mode

Sure he knocked em a bit back with Limbo, but its really a distance considering the size of the Bijuu's. All with a leap.

One can safely assume Hashirama was just as fast(or faster) in Sage Mode, his brother is Tobirama after all.
